The problem is that almost all of the Watch Dogs gameplay videos that have been leaked until now are under a curse of compression. Twitch Stream proved to be origin of the leaks and so viewers did not enjoy the gameplay footage in high definition. Finally now, we can enjoy some Watch Dogs gameplay footage from PlayStation 4 version of the game in full HD 1080p Resolution.
Spotted on Dailymotion by Gearnuke is a set of two Watch Dogs gameplay videos running on PlayStation 4 in 1080p resolution. Without further ado, both gameplay videos can be viewed below. The gameplay videos can also be downloaded from here.

Ubisoft showed off some more gameplay footage of Watch Dogs: Legion at its Forward event yesterday, the same day that Digital Foundry uploaded a video of an early preview build on PC.The game is set at locked at 30 fps in the build, likely to match the console versions, with all the graphics settings at Ultra, including ray-traced reflections. Even though the test machine was running an RTX 2080 Ti, it was unable to manage a steady 60 fps@1080p when the framerate was unlocked.
While we normally record our max settings gameplay videos with FRAPS or Dxtory at 1440p, Nvidia Shadowplay recently added support for 1440p recording. We recorded with Shadowplay this time because it's far easier on the framerate than either of the above. It also produces much smaller (but still high quality) video files. Bad news: something went wrong with our Shadowplay settings and we ended up with 1080p footage. Good news: Watch Dogs is still a looker with all of its settings cranked to ultra.
How dogs watch TV is very different to the way humans do, however. Instead of sitting still, dogs will often approach the screen to get a closer look, and walk repeatedly between their owner and the television. They are essentially fidgety, interactive viewers.
Multiple screens have also been used in research to see whether dogs can pick what to watch. Early research has shown that when presented with three screens, dogs are unable to decide, instead preferring to watch one screen no matter what is on it. This has still to be tested with two screens, and possibly more than three.
Dogs, unlike humans, will also often have very short interactions, often under three seconds, with the media, preferring to glance at the TV rather than focus on it like humans. Research has found that even with media specifically designed for dogs, they will still spend the majority of their time watching nothing at all. The ideal television for dogs, therefore, should contain lots of snippets rather than long storytelling scenarios.
While Ubisoft has yet to release an official video showcasing the PC version in high quality, one of the early beta tester has shared a couple of minutes of The Division gameplay running on his PC and thankfully it is in 1080p high quality.
